New Construction Kitchen
This new home for Conservation Development, a green builder, includes white painted cabinetry with a chocolate glaze, 3 types of countertops in the kitchen – wood, granite, and engineered stone –all coordinate for a spectacular presentation. The wood floors were reused from the trees that were cut down on this heavily wooded lot.

Kitchen Addition
This 1000 square foot addition included a large kitchen, dining area, master suite, 4th bedroom, mudroom and 2 season room. The kitchen features Alder cabinetry, concrete countertops, a tile backsplash in a random geometric pattern, farm sink, elevated snack bar and bamboo flooring throughout the new space. Ceramic tile flooring was installed in the mudroom, 3 season room and master bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate whirlpool tub.
