They give reasonable estimates and keep in touch regarding delays. There were many delays, mostly weather related. On the day the project was completed, rain was threatening, and this may have caused some rushing. The overall impression was pretty good, but when I began to touch up "a few" missed spots, I discovered far more than there should have been. There was also quite a bit of splattered spotting on the dark upright posts from the light deck stain, which leads me to believe the stain was applied with a spray instead of a pad as I thought was to have been done. Overall, a decent effort, but it could have been better.
