Dale Thiessenhusen was the chosen contractor. Five star all the way for the performance. I would refer him to anyone and not worry about bad response from any of my friends or relatives. He was very helpful in explaining some questions I had pertaining to the job as well as a few other items. He cleaned the area and removed the old heater. Price was reasonable and in fact is going to do other needed work when available.
