I had another quote and he wanted us to take down the siding to blow in our little lake house.
Kevin took a different approach since we weren't willing to do that and put insulation in the basment and upstairs cubby and closet....He should us the "heat loss" illustration so based on that and what he did, we should have better heating bills. time will tell.
